About Palmetto Hall Plantation

Palmetto Hall is unique among the Hilton Head Island communities. It is strictly a residential community with 552 homes situated on 750 acres adjacent to Hilton Head Plantation. You’ll find some of the island's newest construction at Palmetto Hall with mid-size to large homes designed in classic Southern style with high ceilings, shady verandas and majestic columns. Palmetto Hall allows its residents to use their own private golf carts for on-property transportation. That’s a welcome feature for retirees or families covering the expansive property. Often property owners visit other residents or the Club on their golf carts and Halloween is a great family event via golf cart.

Palmetto Hall offers two 18-hole golf courses. The Arthur Hills course at Palmetto Hall ranked among America's top ten new courses. Players of all levels are challenged and rewarded by these courses.

Palmetto Hall is gated and has 24-hour monitored access. It’s near the Hilton Head Hospital, airport, library, and public schools. Palmetto Hall is also close to the Hilton Head Island community beach park. It is an ideal spot for families and retirees. The Palmetto Hall POA is active in helping to make the community safe and enjoyable for residents of all ages.

Owners are offered either social or golf club memberships that include use of the 14,000-square-foot Lowcountry clubhouse, swimming pool, playground and tennis courts. Memberships include complete access to the Club as well as many theme parties, bridge, golf, and tennis tournaments. All of the Palmetto Hall amenities are restricted to residents and guests.
